Plaza Cibeles With the monument of Cibeles in the middle. The massive building is the Central Post offices "Palacio de Comunicaciónes", actually one can send post from here,open daily till 21:30. In the background there's Puerta de Alcala and the Retiro Park behind it. Paseo del Prado starts from this point and ends in train station Atocha. In Paseo del Prado also found el museo del Prado, el museo de Reina Sofia ,el museo Thyssen and el jardin Botanico. In this same plaza,opposite to the Palacio de Comunicaciónes is the Centre of anco de España. This plaza is the gathering place of Real Madrid's football club followers and players when the club achieves a title.
